Nancy Doyle, PhD

Dr. Nancy Doyle is a globally recognized organisational psychologist, social entrepreneur, and leading authority on neurodiversity and disability inclusion in the workplace.

 

As Founder and Chief Science Officer of Genius Within CIC—an award-winning B-Corp and international non-profit—she has pioneered scalable, evidence-based solutions that empower neurodivergent individuals and help organizations build more inclusive workplaces. She is also a Visiting Professor at Birkbeck, University of London, where she co-founded the Centre for Neurodiversity at Work and supports neurodivergent PhD researchers advancing neuroinclusive practice.

 

A Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and member of the American Psychological Association, Dr. Doyle holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London. Her doctoral research examined the effectiveness of coaching as a workplace disability accommodation.

 

Dr. Doyle has significantly influenced policy and professional practice through her research and thought leadership. She authored the British Psychological Society’s guide to neurodiversity at work, has advised organizations including ACAS, ERSA, and the UK Department for Work and Pensions, and was recognized in 2019 for her contribution to Policy Impact in Occupational Psychology.
